Our company was founded in 1997, with the intend of handling the distribution of spare parts and accessories for Braun and Oral-B products in Poland.

Since then, we have been the only authorized distributor of those spare parts in our country.

In 2009, many years of satisfactory cooperation between both parties resulted in a comprehensive agreement with Procter & Gamble, which entrusted Kastor-Service with the after-sales services of Braun and Oral-B products, as well as the organization and logistics related to product maintenance and after-sales services in Poland.

Between 2014 and 2016, we also handled the repairs and after-sales services of Bissell products.

In agreement with Procter & Gamble, we also launched the only authorized online store, which gave our consumers the opportunity to purchase all available Braun and Oral-B accessories for their products.

We are positive that we know almost everything about the Braun and Oral-B equipment!


Our goal is to provide maintenance services (both warranty and post-warranty) for household products.

As an authorized partner of Braun and Oral-B, we currently offer both in-store services, as well as handle all complaints submitted through the online consumer portal (with a small exception of kitchen equipment and irons).

Our main goals are:
  • creating a satisfactory experience, for both our consumers and our partner companies;
  • minimizing service time on every order;
  • reducing service costs for our contractors;
  • offering professional service, to the extent entrusted to us.
